Michael has over a decade of experience in the public sector, starting as the HSE's first Energy Officer in 2014 and now managing CARO ASBN's Energy Bureau. He has established Energy and Green Teams, contributing to Sligo University Hospital's SEAI Award and Green Flag Status in 2018. Currently, he oversees five Energy Officers, aiming to meet 2030 and 2050 targets by identifying retrofit projects and electrifying local authority fleets.
